Nikolaj Viborg, co-founder of Eight Pictures

Nikolaj Viborg is a Danish documentary director, cinematographer and editor. His documentary “69” won the Danish Dox Award (CPH:DOX), Audience Award (CPH:DOX) and New Nordic Voices Award (Nordic Panorama) and was nominated for the Amnesty Awards. Six of his TV series were nominated for the Danish TV Award. He has worked in conflict areas such as Afghanistan, Somalia, Lebanon, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and Ukraine.

Laurits Nansen, co-founder of Eight Pictures

Laurits Nansen is a Danish director, cinematographer and journalist. He has directed and filmed a number of acclaimed documentaries for Danish national television. He has been warded by the association of investigative journalist (FUJ) and by the EU commission. Also nominated for the Cavling prize, a prestigious Danish journalist award, as well as the Danish TV Award and the Danish Film Award, Bodilprisen.
